FAQ’s

A few things from our team of instructors :

1) Please make sure that you’ve run updates on your machine before you arrive.
Don’t know how?
Okay, first lesson :
Go to the Apple icon in the top left corner. Click on “Update” and follow the instructions.  You can do this while you continue to work on your machine, or just before bed, anytime is applicable.
If this feels like too much for you, no problem… you’re in exactly the right spot.  Come into class, and we’ll get you rolling.  The learning opportunities are just beginning.

2) Please come with a few of your needs/requests ready.  Your instructor will take a moment at the beginning of class to find out what’s going on with you and your machine/device.  Classes are always planned and outlined, but making sure each student’s needs are met is also important.  Come prepared so we can all make a difference together.

 

FAQ’s :

Should I bring my own computer/device?
Yes please!  If you’re able to come to the shoppe with your own machine, working on it, making changes and learning your new skills, will be much more applicable.  If you have a desktop, and it’s a challenge, no problem, we have a few lenders that we’re more than happy to share.

 

How long are the classes?
Classes run for 1.5 hours.

 

Where are classes held?
All classes are held in our store locations, unless we’ve arranged for an in-home session.

 

How many students per class?
A maximum of 6 students will be at each lesson. Please make sure you let the teacher know, or call the shoppe to book your seat.
